Miguel has over 14 years of experience in the financial sectors as well as in the real estate market. The last seven years, Mr. Angel Fernandez Moreno had a turnover of more than three thousand units and a general value of sales of more than one hundred million US dollars in Brazil. Mr. Angel Fernandez Moreno holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Universidad de Granada (Spain) and an MBA from ESIC Business & Marketing School (Spain). His professional career began in the financial market sector, acting as a bank manager in the Caja Granada. Mr. Angel Fernandez Moreno conducted his bank career for fourteen years, working in the Caja Granada, Caja Madrid and BBVA Bank, where he participated, developed and conducted (i) merger and acquisition of companies’ operations and (ii) management and development of subsidiaries for real estate developments in the financial sector. Consolidating his professional branch, Mr. Angel Fernandez Moreno also acts in the Madrid Stock Exchange. Mr. Angel Fernandez Moreno left the financial sector to join a developer in Spain " Incorporadora Inmobiliara en Costa del Sol – España" developing and carrying out residential projects in joint venture with the following Spanish companies: (i) ACCIONA; and (ii) FERROVIAL where he made more than ten million US dollars in Spain. In 2006, Mr. Angel Fernandez Moreno crossed the continent to enter the Brazilian market, where he founded the"HF International Ltda”, a company engaged to raise funds for investments in Brazilian Real Estate market and the counseling and management for European investors in Brazil. Since then and through HF International Ltda, Mr. Angel Fernandez Moreno has conducted businesses over more than four hundred million US dollars. Through HF MANAGEMENT USA LLC, Mr. Angel Fernandez Moreno has been implementing a company in Miami which is dedicated to project management for investments in the US housing market.

Hugo was born in Madrid (Spain). He has over 20 years experience in financial sector, specialized in private banking and fund manager. He has worked, among others, in Caja Madrid/Bankia, Altae Private Banking. Most recently, he has a Financial Consulting Company rendering services for domestic and international financial institutions or companies from different sectors.

He has a Bachelor in Business Administration, Degree in Law, Master Financial Management, EFA (Financial Adviser Program), Master Commercial and Marketing Management and PDD (Management Development Program) (Spain).
